Communities support Rivers

A handful Norwegian communities have decided to support Rivers.Global instead of WWF in the nationwide TV-fundraiser in October for less plastics into the ocean in South-East Asia. The reason is a long lasting conflict between the communities and WWF on how to combine wolves and sheep in their fauna. Rivers.Global remain neutral in these questions, We have decided to focus solely on the work for a cleaner ocean. The trust these communities show in Rivers.Global is highly appreciated, and from the perspective of South-East Asia, or the Ocean, it’s a good thing that those who definetely not will support WWF are given alternatives.
