The company sponsored Rivers.Global in 2021 with films in addition to pure financial support. They also provided ropes and moorings for testing the collector in the Etne River. The ocean is the basis for Bremnes Seashore's operations, and they like Rivers' work for a cleaner ocean.

Scale AQ in Moster is among the best in the world at floating pipes. They are used everywhere, not least in the aquaculture industry. Scale AQ should not have paid for the floating pipes and the welding job for The River Cleaner, they thought it was fun to be able to contribute to Rivers.Global.

KPMG Norway employees gave their Christmas gifts to 3 organizations before Christmas 2018. Rivers.Global was one of these, and received 136,500 kroner! We are happy for the support, and not least happy for the recognition that such a gift from a large audit firm gives a small and newly started organization!

Many congregations
Many parishes have a strong commitment to taking better care of creation. "More sky on a threatened earth" is a call from the Church Council to give at least one annual offering to an environmental organization. Several parishes have Rivers.Global on their list of organizations that receive offerings. Råde is one of them, here is a picture from Tomb Church.

Greåker High School
1200 students at Greåker Upper Secondary School have supported Rivers.Global through the SOL concert and a number of activities in the 2019-20 school year. The result was a whopping 125,000 kroner! Simply fantastic, especially considering all the plans that had to be shelved in the spring of 2019 due to Corona.

Bømlo Folk High School
Bømlo Folk High School is committed to the environment and sustainability. The school has supported Rivers.Global several times with money after the Solidarity Run they hold every autumn.

Moster School
Moster School in Bømlo is cheering on Rivers.Global! As is the case with many islanders, both students and teachers at this school have an intuitive understanding of why a clean ocean is important. Several of the students have seen the construction of the collector up close.

Municipal support via the TV campaign 2020
The municipalities of Tynset, Hattfjelldal, Snåsa, Lesja, Ringebu and Bardu gave their support to combat plastic in the ocean through Rivers.Global in connection with the 2020 TV campaign. In addition, there were fundraising campaigns for Rivers in Alvdal and at Rena.
